Children
Young children have an amazing ability to adapt as they grow. Subluxations that are caused from play and those rough and tumble falls can cause problems later in adulthood if not addressed.
Spinal subluxations hinder their immune systems. this allows them to catch every "bug" going around such as colds, sniffles or the flu.
As children grow, hormonal changes and puberty cause a host of aches and pains. "Growing pains" are common, but not normal.
A common symptom during adolescence, more common in girls, is an abnormal sideways curve of the spine called scoliosis. It may appear as a high shoulder or low hip, making clothes fit poorly.
Chiropractic adjustmens help reduce subluxations and improve function on spinal structure. Muscles will strengthen and posture can improve.
Remember that aches and pains at any age is a sign that something is not right.
